About
My name is Kelly Leung, founder of Project Sugarloaf. My passion lies in expanding and growing businesses, particularly within the food, packaging and supply chain industries. My career began at Wakefern, the largest co-op supermarket in the U.S., where I managed several food categories. As Procurement Strategy Manager at HelloFresh, the world's largest meal kit company, I honed my skills in supply chain optimization and private labeling. My next venture brought me to Bokksu, a Japanese snack box startup, where I played a key role in launching Bokksu Market, an Asian food-focused e-commerce grocery market, and several of their branded CPG items. Today, I’m channeling my expertise in grocery, supply chain, and product development to support founders and companies with Project Sugarloaf.
